BOC-3 Designation of Process Agents
BOC-3 (Designation of Process Agents) is a required filing for any one with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) operating authority. This includes Motor Carriers, Brokers and Freight Forwarders (MC numbers, FF numbers and MX numbers).
Operating authority will NOT be granted without this required filing. A Designation of Process Agents filing is required to reinstate an operating authority that has been revoked.
