All necessary paperwork and details for loading and dispatching your truck:

• Use multiple load boards to book you great paying loads (you pick loads, rates, and locations)
• Set you up with reputable brokers
• Complete broker contracts
• Provide rate confirmations
• Provide directions upon dispatch
• Arrange pick up and delivery times
• Arrange fuel advances and quick pay, if the broker provides them
• Complete billing

• Help you with questions on the new DOT regulations
• Assistance with trailer leasing
• Advise you on the best factoring company to meet your needs
• Help you get set up with the best fuel card to meet your needs

You will need:

FIRST, print the Sign-Up Checklist to assist you with the required information and paperwork.
Dry Vans, Flatbeds, and Reefers:

• Own truck, trailer, and tag
• Copy of your Authority and DOT#
• Copy of Insurance Certificate (Must list Trucker Zone, LLC as a certificate holder. $100,000 cargo/$1,000,000 liability).
• Copy of your W-9
• Completed Company Profile
• Completed Carrier Detail
• Completed Dispatch Agreement
• Completed Limited Power of Attorney Form

NO Trailer/Power Only:

• Own truck and tag (We can help you get a trailer)
• Copy of your Authority and DOT#
• Copy of Insurance Certificate (Must list Trucker Zone, LLC as a certificate holder. $100,000 cargo/$1,000,000 liability).
• Copy of your W-9
• Completed Carrier Profile
• Completed Carrier Detail
• Completed Dispatch Agreement
• Completed Limited Power of Attorney Form

Payment to You:

• You will be paid directly by the shipper/broker
• How quickly you get paid will depend on the shipper/broker
• If you factor, payment will be made to you per your contract agreement with factoring company. If you are interested in factoring, please contact us for a friendly factoring referral.

Payment to Trucker Zone:

• When the load is booked and accepted by you:
• You pay us 14.5% of gross (min $100) per load
• If you choose our billing service, there is a small fee of $10 per invoice

Payment Options:

• Com-Check, T-Check, EFS, Credit Card
• Any payment processing fees are the responsibility of the carrier
• Credit Card Authorization Form
